Anice Chenault, FSS Program Manager, HUD

Anice Chenault has recently relocated to Louisville, Kentucky, to serve as the Network Opportunity Agenda Liaison (NOAL) for the South East Network (SEN). She continues her work as the Program Manager for the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program and a Grant Manager for the Jobs Plus program. She has held various positions in HUD’s Office of Public Housing Investments since 2005. Anice spent 2012 on detail embedded in the City of New Orleans Housing Office through the Strong Cities, Strong Communities (SC2) Initiative out of the White House Domestic Policy Council. She started her career at HUD in 2002 in the Chicago Regional Office as a Presidential Management Fellow. Prior to coming to HUD, Anice worked served as a full-time Amate House Volunteer in direct practice with people who were homeless and low-income families in inner-city Chicago. Anice has a Master’s of Social Work from the Jane Addams College of Social Work at the University of Illinois, Chicago, and a BA in Sociology from Georgetown University.
