This workshop is about taking that next step toward moving beyond the individualism of diversity to the systemic and cultural change needed to build inclusive organizations.

ABOUT THE PRESENTERS
Gina Patterson is the Consulting and Executive Transition (CET) Associate at TSNE MissionWorks with over 10 years of experience in the government and non-profit sectors. Her background includes building policy and strategy for public safety and public health entities, capacity building and program structuring for workforce and youth development programs and advocacy for vulnerable populations. Her work is rooted in promoting equitable access and opportunity for vulnerable populations. She has a Bachelor of Science from Simmons College, Boston and a Masters of Public Administration from Columbia University.
P Stewart Lanier is the Consulting and Executive Transition (CET) Senior Associate with over 20 years of experience supporting and guiding nonprofit and faith-based organizations through developmental and transformational change. He has long been active in supporting anti-racism efforts in nonprofit leadership and raising awareness of white supremacy culture through his work with White People Challenging Racism. He is the 2016 recipient of the Drylongsjo Award for anti-racism work from Community Change, Inc. An ordained United Methodist minister, he began his professional career as a pastor. In addition to holding a M. Div. from Candler School of Theology, Emory University, Stewart received experiential training in inclusion and whole systems processes from American University, earning an MS with distinction in Organizational Development.
