EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

September 20, 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM : Valuing Our Nonprofit Workforce: How the Nonprofit Sector Can Support Millennials of Color in Boston: TSNE MissionWorks | NonProfit Center, 89 South Street, Boston, 02111

Through paying people equitably, offering flexibility, supporting personal and professional growth, and providing leadership opportunities, nonprofits have the ability to add much more value to their workforce in addition to raises. Join TSNE MissionWorks at the NonProfit Center for networking and conversations that explore ways nonprofits can enhance the experience of millennials of color in the sector.

Join us for a trendsetting dialogue on inclusive voting models, and learn about innovative strategies to overcome barriers to civic engagement. We will explore how we can disrupt voter access by implementing engagement strategies such as ranked-choice voting and clean, “citizen funded,” elections to increase candidate access and voter participation by under-represented communities. Leave with a toolkit that will equip you to educate voters and drive voter participation.
