Dwayne Keys | Director of Programs, Multifamily
Dwayne joined Compass in July of 2017 as a Financial Coach and currently serves as the Director of Programs, Multifamily, in which he oversees Compass’ strategy to scale partnerships with multifamily housing providers in order to increase access to our programs. Prior to that, Dwayne was a Coaching Manager for the Multifamily team, leading a team of financial coaches to ensure high quality financial coaching while also working one-on-one with Compass clients. Before joining Compass, Dwayne held multiple roles in banking and financial services that focused on customer service and relationship management for individuals and businesses, lending, asset growth, and protection products. He is very active in the RI community, holds multiple positions on local non-profit boards, and volunteers as an advocate on behalf of historically excluded communities for economic justice and full inclusion in economic prosperity, plus has participated in local community initiatives in the areas of financial education, home ownership, and starting a small business. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Dwayne earned his A.S. in Retailing, B.S. in Marketing, and M.B.A. in International Trade.
