Nadav David | Financial Coaching Associate
Nadav joined Compass in May 2017. In his role at Compass, Nadav coaches clients enrolled in FSS programs operated in partnership with Metropolitan Boston Housing Partnership (MBHP) and Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA).
Nadav received a BS in Business Administration at Northeastern University in May 2017, with concentrations in Social Entrepreneurship and Finance and a minor in Jewish Studies. During his time as a student at Northeastern, Nadav completed three full-time co-ops - two in finance, and one at a nonprofit consulting organization. He also participated in the New Sector Alliance Summer Fellowship program in Chicago, serving as a Development Fellow for Cradles to Crayons. Nadav's passion for financial coaching originates from his experience as a founding member of the Center for Financial Independence at Northeastern, an initiative to support students in building knowledge around personal finance topics. Nadav has also been deeply involved in racial and immigrant justice organizing, most recently as a member of the Moishe Kavod House, a community of young adult Jews bringing together a commitment to Jewish practice and social justice work.
