Alejandro Enciso | Financial Coach
Alejandro Enciso joined Compass as a Financial Coach in March 2021. Before joining Compass, he worked in medical billing at Boston Heart Diagnostics. It wasn’t until Alejandro started working at Digital Federal Credit Union in debt collections and financial assistance, that his interest for personal finance started. He connected deeply with customers throughout New England, helping with debt, credit, and loans. He was able to hear from many families about their financial emergencies, or misunderstandings. He is fluent Spanish, making it possible for many immigrant and spanish-only people to understand financial subjects they might have not been informed of. Alejandro’s passion to help close the wealth divide, social justice, and experience with low-income families, made Compass’ mission and values the right fit for him.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing and recording music, running, hiking and is passionate about Soccer and watching Formula 1 racing.
