Lashaunda Watson | Financial Coach
Lashaunda joined Compass in 2020. Prior to Compass, she spent 19 years working in the healthcare industry for companies such as Blue Cross of MA, Boston Children’s Hospital, and Steward Healthcare Network. Lashaunda is a committed volunteer, an advocate for people living in poverty, and active in helping to improve the Boston Public School system. She served on the Neighborworks Housing Solutions Board of Directors for over ten years, and participates on a number of committees in the Greater Boston Area working to eradicate poverty and improve the community. Lashaunda is a Parent Council Member at School Facts Boston, and serves on the Boston Public Schools parent coalition.
Lashaunda is also the Cofounder of Strong Women in Action, a non-profit that serves women and children living in poverty by providing resources and participating in community service.
She is currently pursuing a degree in business communications at SNHU.
