Aynoor Amanbek | Senior Financial Coach
Aynoor works with clients in the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) programs that Compass operates with its housing partners in Greater Boston. She has always been attracted to mission-driven work and believes in the power of positive thinking. She enjoys connecting with her clients and seeing them take each step towards living the life they dream of.
Aynoor brings to her role at Compass experiences in accounting, taxation, legal services, and customer service. In her most recent roles before joining Compass, Aynoor worked as a Tax Specialist for H&R Block, and as a Tax Examiner for the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. She has also volunteered for several years at a Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program run by Boston Tax Help Coalition, supporting individuals with low incomes to prepare their tax returns.
In her free time, Aynoor loves cooking, spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and exploring different cultures.
Aynoor holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering/Industrial Economics from Kyrgyz State Technical University (Kyrgyzstan). She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting Management and Certificate in Taxation from Northeastern University in 2018.
Aynoor is multilingual (English/Russian/Kyrgyz/Kazakh).
