Anisha Vichare | Data and Technology Manager
Anisha is the Data and Technology Manager at Compass Working Capital, where she works to leverage technology and data to improve processes and expand Compass’ ability to reach more families.
Anisha has extensive experience in information coordination and database management in the public sector, and previously worked as the Technology Team Lead at 2-1-1 Texas, a Community Information Coordinator with United Way for Greater Austin, and on the front lines of coordinating disaster communication efforts during Hurricane Harvey. She also completed a service year with AmeriCorps VISTA, where she worked with the City of Austin and the University of Texas’s Division of Diversity and Community Engagement on capacity building projects to support volunteerism and philanthropy in the region.
Anisha holds a BSPA in Policy Analysis from Indiana University – Bloomington.
