Wen He | Senior Financial Coach
Wen joined Compass in October 2019. In her role as a Senior Financial Coach, she works one-on-one with clients who participate in Compass' coaching and savings programs in Greater Boston and contributes to our learning workshops. Wen brings a variety of professional and volunteer experience to her position, including past roles in IT, pattern and graphic design, and the sciences. She has served for multiple years as a volunteer advanced tax preparer at a VITA tax site offering free tax-prep help to people in the community. She is also a former small business owner, having operated a boutique wine store in Grafton, MA for five years.
Wen enjoys outdoor activities, especially hiking, and has a love of history and of country music. She holds Bachelors of Science degrees in Economics and in Physics from Worcester State University and Wuhan University, respectively, and a Certificate in Fashion Design from the Boston School of Fashion Design.
