Kiana Rosario | Financial Coach
Kiana Rosario joined Compass as a financial coach in March 2021. She brings to this role a background in hospitality, customer service, and consulting. Before joining the Compass team, Kiana worked most recently as a repair analyst at Granite Telecommunications. She also volunteered as a financial coach for the past several years at a Boston-area nonprofit organization, assisting women of color to reach their financial goals. Kiana credits this experience with inspiring her passion to make this kind of change in our communities.
In addition to her passion for financial coaching, Kiana was also drawn to work at Compass because of the organization's recognition of the structural and systemic barriers that affect communities of color, and dedication to helping to fight against the financial injustices that communities of color face. As a coach, she looks forward to working with families to begin their financial journey of change, by building a solid foundation and creating plans to take control of their finances and reach their goals.
Kiana earned an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Johnson & Wales University. When she is not working, she enjoys reading, listening to music, cooking and baking, and learning new things. Kiana is also a self-described "candle fanatic" who loves candle shopping.
