Dioneiris Medrano | Program Manager
Dioneiris joined the Compass team as a Client Outreach and Engagement Specialist in 2020. In 2021 she was promoted to Program Manager, responsible for overseeing relationships with our housing partners. Before coming to Compass, Dioneiris worked as a Membership Specialist and Exhibit Mentor at the Boston Children's Museum, where she led culturally-competent programming and social-emotional activities, and worked to ensure that museum visitors had a positive experience. She also worked for some time with families receiving or wanting to sign up for childcare vouchers.
Dioneiris has also volunteered for over four years with Union Capital Boston as a Diamond/Network Leader, where she recruited families in her community to sign up for the program and supported members to access resources and achieve their goals. As part of this work, she facilitated community meetings called "network nights."
Dioneiris is bilingual in Spanish and English.
