Amartya Zarate | Program Manager
Amartya Zarate joined Compass as a Program Manager in March 2021. In her role, Amartya manages program partnerships with housing providers to ensure our clients receive high-quality services. Prior to joining Compass, Amartya served as Program Manager at CIEE, a nonprofit that provides short-term, faculty-led study abroad programs. Before that, she led the Chelsea School District’s college savings program, in which she ran financial literacy workshops for families, managed partnerships, and oversaw program impact and evaluation. Amartya received her B.A. in International Studies with a concentration in Economics from Vassar College.
