Melissa Rosales | HR Manager
Melissa joined Compass in January 2020. She is passionate about Human Resources and has worked in the field for over 10 years. This includes seven years at the law firm Prince Lobel Tye LLP and four years at Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries. Melissa brings to her role at Compass expertise in payroll, benefits, wellness, recruiting, performance management, compensation analysis, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion.
Melissa holds Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science, with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Change, degrees from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
