Sydney Smith, AFC® | Business Development Manager
Sydney Smith serves as the Business Development Manager, responsible for building our community of practitioners and housing providers delivering high quality FSS programs through our online learning community, Compass FSS Link. She joined Compass as Financial Coach in March 2021. She comes to this role with a background in public accounting, taxes, and auditing, having worked most recently as a Tax Accountant. Sydney was drawn to Compass' by our mission and because she shares in our commitment to closing the racial and gender wealth divies. She's excited to be part of a team that provides support and knowledge to the groups of people that she really cares about.
Sydney is an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Salve Regina University. When she is not working, she loves to do yoga and visit the beach.
