Antoinette Johnson | Program Manager
Toni brings a wealth of experience to her role as Program Manager at Compass. Before joining our team, she worked as a dental assistant, social work intern, and financial counselor, gaining valuable skills in healthcare, social work, and financial management. Most recently, she served as the FSS Team Lead (Coaching Manager) at Clarifi, where she successfully coached and supported individuals and families in achieving financial stability.
With a Master of Social Work degree from West Chester University and professional certifications as a HUD Certified Housing Counselor, NFCC Certified, and Pennsylvania Licensed Social Worker, she is well-equipped to lead our programs and assist our clients. Her passion for empowering individuals through financial education and asset building led her to take on this role at Compass, where she can make a difference in the lives of residents in her native Philadelphia.
When she's not working, Toni enjoys playing video games, traveling, and watching documentaries. She is committed to making a positive impact on the community and is excited to see our program thrive and propel clients into a state of financial well-being.
