Luttasha Taylor | Financial Coaching Manager
Luttasha joined Compass in the fall of 2020 as a financial coach but is now serving as Compass’ Financial Coaching Manager. Before joining Compass, she worked in the human resources field as a Benefits Specialist for three years - a career field she pursued after being a full-time mom for over ten years. In her HR role, Luttasha worked for a large company with nearly 5,000 employees nationally, and served on the company’s Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion committee. Luttasha felt called to work in a more intimate setting to assist families similar to her own to beat poverty and gain financial security, which led her to Compass.
Luttasha is a self-described “helicopter mom,” loves budget-friendly travel, and was a dancer and gymnast in her younger days. She also was fortunate to be both booed and win first place on stage at the historic Apollo Theater.
